We specialize in difficult serves.  Our process servers are licensed Private Investigators (PIs) who are key to serving evasive witnesses and defendants.  Because of the delicate nature and complexity of serving unwilling parties, we consult with the client and tailor a plan that will allow us to effectively serve process based on the specific situation.

Tight, unexpected, and fluctuating deadlines that require a quick turnaround are a routine part of process serving. At Lanza Investigations, LLC, we have the experience and manpower to satisfy expedited client requests.  Our office staff and our process servers can be reached quickly and are available to perform assignments with efficiency and speed. We pick up or receive the documents by email, fax, or courier and notify the client immediately upon service of process.

 

Additionally, our process servers keep detailed notes, including dates and times of attempted service and we video each service.
